CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />DECEMBER 1, 2005 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />HILLCREST CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Berger called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Assistant General Manager Friedl, <br />Administrators Benton and Lewanda, and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />Dan Jelinek, Little League coach, thanked the District for the opportunity to speak. <br />He stated his support for the development of Lang Ranch Park site, noting that <br />both baseball facilities and a park are needed. <br />Roger Kovach, a director of Little League, spoke in support of the development of <br />Lang Ranch Park site, and said the current facilities are no longer adequate. <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval Of Minutes Of November 17, 2005 Meeting <br />B. Approval Of Warrants, Exhibit A <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $198,925.21 <br />Payroll Total $351,669.16 <br />
