Adoption Of Resolution 051905-D, Approving Application By <br />Mountains Recreation And Conservation Authority (MRCA) For Grant <br />Funds Under Proposition 50 For Restoration Project At Olsen Channel <br />Friedl supplied background information, and said that the Board of Directors <br />of Conejo Open Space Conservation Agency (COSCA) recently approved a <br />resolution to support an application by the Mountains Recreation and <br />Conservation Authority (MRCA) for grant funding in the amount of $541,150 <br />to finance a wetland restoration project at Olsen Channel; and it is the <br />project's intent that no trails in close proximity be disturbed. <br />Lange stated his support of the project. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to adopt <br />Resolution Number 051905-D Approving Application By Mountains <br />Recreation and Conservation Authority (MRCA) for Grant Funds From <br />Proposition 50 for a Restoration Project at Olsen Channel. <br />9.
