Adoption Of Resolution Number 061905-A, Ordering Levy Of <br />Assessments For LIVID 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) <br />Berger declared the Public Hearing open. <br />Friedl referenced the documentation and stated that Resolution Number <br />051905-A confirms and approves the final Engineer's Report for LIVID 92-1 <br />(Rancho Conejo), confirms the levies contained within the submitted <br />documentation, the levies ($40.92 per single family unit) are within the <br />range allowable, the District complied with legal public notification <br />requirements, and staff recommendation is to adopt the resolution. <br />Jacobsen said that historical data would be helpful. Friedl said that <br />additional information would be supplied. <br />As no one was in attendance who wished to address the Board, the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to adopt <br />Resolution Number 051905-A, Ordering Levy of Assessments for <br />LMD92-1 (Rancho Conejo), Confirming the Diagram and Assessment <br />and Providing for Levy of Annual Assessment in a Special <br />Maintenance District; that it be read in title only and all further <br />readings be waived. <br />B. Adoption Of Resolution Number 051905-13, Ordering Levy Of <br />Assessments For LIVID 94-1 (Dos Vientos) <br />Berger declared the Public Hearing open. <br />Friedl referenced the documentation, and stated that Resolution 051905-B <br />confirms and approves the final Engineer's Report for LIVID 94-1 (Dos <br />Vientos), the District complied with legal public notification requirements, the <br />levies ($150.52 per single family unit) are within the range allowable, and <br />last year's levy was $146.12. <br />He noted the presence of Mark Risco and Gladys Medina of MuniFinancial, <br />and said they were available to answer questions. <br />
