CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />APRIL 7, 2005 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />HILLCREST CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Berger called the meeting to order at 7:31 p.m., and Jacobsen led the flag <br />salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Assistant General Manager Friedl, <br />Administrators Benton and Lewanda, Senior Park Planner Pluth and Executive <br />Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />Clay Hulett, representing Conejo Valley Days, (CVD) distributed CVD <br />memorabilia. Berger said that the theme of this year's event is Conejo Pride 2005. <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Jacobsen, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0, to approve <br />the agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval Of Minutes Of March 3, 2005 Meeting <br />B. Approval Of Warrants, Exhibit A <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $365,618.63 <br />Payroll Total $472,261.59 <br />Lange noted that on page 6, Item 10.A. the minutes should reflect <br />Peppertree Playfields, not Conejo Creek South. <br />
