Park Division Report <br />Friedl reported that storm damage to Conejo Open Space Conservation <br />Agency (COSCA) property has been documented and will be submitted to <br />Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA); of late, Amgen field has <br />been targeted with graffiti; Thousand Oaks Rotary is working with the Conejo <br />Valley Historic Society to provide new signage at the Stagecoach Inn, and staff <br />will ensure all interested parties are kept informed; and he will be unable to <br />attend the March 17 Board meeting, due to his attendance at a California <br />Special Districts Association (CSDA) legal symposium. <br />Gibson requested that when the plaque commemorating the champion <br />Thousand Oaks Little League team is dedicated, the Board be informed. In <br />response to Gibson's inquiry, Friedl said that a dialogue concerning the <br />proposed motorcycle event referenced in the Conejo Valley Days Agreement <br />is underway. <br />B.
