Approval Of Warrants, Exhibit A <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $145,244.38 <br />Payroll Total $220,173.71 <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Gibson, and carried 5-0, to <br />approve the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />7_ DEFERRED MATTERS <br />A. Authorization To Accept Property From Continuing Life Communities <br />(CLC) Thousand Oaks And Approval Of Conveyance Of Associated <br />Brush Clearance Responsibilities To CLC <br />Friedl referenced 1) the January 6, 2005 Board meeting, at which <br />acceptance of the property to be donated was tabled until environmental <br />information was available, and 2) the Phase I — Preliminary Environmental <br />Site Assessment, which concluded 'there is a low probability that <br />hazardous or toxic soils or petroleum products are present at the site and <br />that there are no existing recognized environmental conditions." He noted <br />that the 4.6 acres to be dedicated to the District consists largely of 25 <br />percent slope and rocky outcroppings. <br />In response to Gibson's inquiry, Friedl said that no structures exist on the <br />donated properly. <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to <br />authorize the District to accept property from Continuing Life <br />Communities Thousand Oaks as a condition under SUP 74253 Major <br />Modification 22; and to approve the conveyance of associated brush <br />clearance responsibilities to CLC. <br />
