Park Division Report <br />Hare reported that staff will give consideration to an alternative plan <br />submitted to staff by a representative of a home owners association for <br />Lang Ranch Community Park in the Environmental Impact Report (EIR); <br />and staff has met with Wyatt McCrea, relative to expanding the scope of <br />services at the McCrea Ranch, including docent tours. <br />Gibson encouraged increased visibility of the McCrea site, and urged that <br />safety nets be installed at Borchard Community Park prior to the start of <br />softball. <br />Relative to the Capital Improvement Projects, Hare said that staff recently <br />met with stakeholders to discuss the second phase of improvement at <br />Conejo Creek Park South, the park developers continue to work on the <br />construction documents for Dos Vientos Playfield with a goal of the <br />November 2006 Planning Commission hearing. <br />
