Approval Of Warrants, Exhibit A <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $279,861.74 <br />Payroll Total $248,765.56 <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0, to approve the <br />Consent Calendar as presented. <br />7. DEFERRED MATTERS <br />A. Public Hearing — Fiscal Year 2005-2006 Budget <br />1. Adoption Of Proposed Budget, Resolution Number 062206-A <br />Gibson declared the Public Hearing open. <br />Ward noted that this concludes the budget calendar, and he commended <br />staff for its efforts. He said the budget was prudent and well reasoned. <br />In response to Board inquiries, staff said that interest earnings as noted in <br />the budget represent a conservative estimate; the netting to be installed <br />between fields at Borchard Community Park is fabric with a 10 -year life <br />expectancy; virtually all capital improvements within the landscape <br />maintenance districts are paid for with those assessment district funds; and <br />some of the picnic structures in Conejo Creek South need structural <br />renovation. <br />Jacobsen requested a report on all budgeted CRPD positions that are <br />currently unfilled. <br />
