ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />Joyce Langness, Thousand Oaks, expressed concern relative to recent changes <br />at Conejo Creek, Northwest (equestrian site), which, she said, are reducing site <br />attractiveness and tranquility. <br />Gibson announced that Statement Cards were submitted by Marilee Ullmann and <br />Saunnie and Al Ruemely citing similar concerns. <br />Gibson said that the issue would be referred to staff. <br />Friedl said that staff will meet with representatives of E.T.I. on February 17, and <br />the issues will be addressed. <br />5. Authorization To Execute Conejo Valley Days (CVD) Agreement For <br />2006 And Accept 2006 CVD Permit Conditions <br />Marchesano stated that staff and Conejo Valley Activities Corporation <br />(CVAC) representatives met to discuss the Annual Agreement and Permit <br />for 2006 Conejo Valley Days; the detention basin area south of the baseball <br />
