Reclassification of Park Superintendent Position (Range 65 to Range <br />63) and Reclassification of Recreation Coordinator, Therapeutics to <br />Recreation Supervisor, Therapeutics, and Approval of Purchase of <br />2008 Ford Hybrid <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to reclassify <br />Park Superintendent position from range 65 and $100 per month vehicle <br />allowance, to range 63 and District provided vehicle, effective upon hire <br />date of new Park Superintendent; to reclassify Recreation Coordinator, <br />Therapeutics (range 48) to Recreation Supervisor (range 57), retroactive to <br />October 13, 2007; and to appropriate $27,600 to <br />account 10.20.340.4819.000 from General Fund for the purchase of a 2008 <br />Ford Escape Hybrid. <br />Gibson commented that in the future he would prefer that purchase items <br />not be combined with personnel items. <br />Friedl, in response to Gibson, said that his preference is so noted. <br />C. Approval to Work with Conejo Valley Neighborhood for Learning (CV <br />Nf -) and Adopt A -Future (AFF) to Utilize Parque De La Paz for Car <br />Show August 31, 2008 <br />Benton and Hunter responded to specific questions regarding set up and <br />facilitation of event. Gibson, in response to Holt, clarified sponsorship <br />details. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Berger, and carried 5-0 to <br />authorize the General Manager to work with Conejo Valley <br />Neighborhood for Learning (CV Nf-) and Adopt -A -Future (AFF) to <br />utilize Parque de La Paz for a classic and exotic car show August 31, <br />2008. <br />9.
