General Manager's Report <br />Friedl provided an overview of the status of the State budget process, <br />relative to the District. He thanked Board members for their support of the <br />MOU, and said the community pool lights at California Lutheran University <br />will be tested the week of November 17, <br />E. Directors' Reports <br />Holt stated she attended the recent luncheon for Sr. Park Planner Pluth, <br />and the Veterans Day ceremony will be conducted at 10 a.m. at Conejo <br />Creek North. <br />Lange announced that Gail Pringle of Calleguas Municipal Water District <br />was elected LAFCO representative, and he will attend a CALAFCO meeting <br />in Sacramento on November 7. <br />F.
