NEVI! ITEMS <br />A. Agreement with Equestrian Trails Incorporated Corral #37 for Use of <br />Conejo Creek West — Equestrian Park <br />Friedl recognized Acting Police Chief Randy Pentis and deputy. <br />Hare stated that the District has been informally partnering with Equestrian <br />Trails Incorporated (ETI), Corral #37 for the operation and maintenance of <br />Conejo Creek West — Equestrian Park — for over 30 years, and ETI <br />members were on the focus group assisting with the Conejo Creek Master <br />Plan. He said that in order to formalize the relationship, the submitted <br />agreement was developed. He highlighted the agreement. <br />Gibson expressed support for the agreement but questioned numbers 12 <br />and 13. Berger and Jacobsen agreed. <br />Barbara Kloster, Thousand Oaks, President Corral 37, summarized ETI <br />procedures and operations, and introduced Vice President Ron Bogoyevac, <br />Treasurer LuAnn Jones, Area Delegate Mike Tosch and Membership Chair <br />Terry Young. Kloster presented Friedl with a $5 check for the next five <br />years of rent. <br />Bodeago agreed with Gibson's suggested verbiage changes for items 12 <br />and 13. <br />
