Quitclaim Deed Releasing Right of Re -Entry to .56 Acre Property Formerly <br />Part of Conejo Community Park <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Gibson, and carried 5-0 to approve the <br />Consent Calendar. <br />7. CONTINUED ITEMS <br />None <br />8. NEW ITEMS <br />A. Amateur Baseball Development Group (ABDG) Request to use Fees <br />Generated at Conejo Creek Ballpark for Capital Improvements at <br />Conejo Creek Ballpark <br />Hare provided background Information, including the group's mission to <br />raise funds to organize and help local Southern California high school <br />baseball programs. He stated that ABDG has been providing funding for <br />capital improvements at Conejo Creek Ballpark since 2004, and over the <br />last four years has provided over $100,000 in capital improvements at the <br />facility. If their current request is granted, ABDG would utilize these funds to <br />continue to provide capital improvements within the Conejo Creek South <br />Master Plan, such as shade structures over the bleachers, batting cages <br />and landscaping around the snack bar. <br />
