Accept Proposal from SCI Consulting Group to Serve as Engineer of <br />Work and Provide Professional Consulting and Levy Administration <br />Services for CRPD Improvement District <br />Hare explained the necessity, cost, and scope of work of the annual <br />property owner -approved assessments for the Districtwide Park <br />Maintenance and Recreation Improvement District. He noted the cost is <br />below $30,000 on an annual basis. The proposal covers a five year period, <br />and will provide the District with the necessary professional services to levy <br />the Districtwide Assessment, and guarantees the continued flat annual rate <br />of $20,500, plus incidental expenses not to exceed $3,000 annually, <br />through Fiscal Year 2012-13. <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 5-0 to <br />authorize the General Manager to accept proposal from SCI <br />Consulting Group to serve as the Engineer of Work and provide <br />professional consulting and levy administration services for the <br />Conejo Recreation and Park District Maintenance and Recreation <br />Improvement District. <br />C. Accept Proposal from Muni Financial to Serve as Engineer of Work <br />and Provide Professional Consulting and Levy Administration <br />Services for CRPD Landscaping Maintenance District Number 92-1 <br />(Rancho Conejo) and Number 94-1 (Dos Vientos Ranch) <br />Hare stated staff recommendation. <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to <br />authorize General Manager to accept proposal from MuniFinancial to <br />serve as the Engineer of Work and provide professional consulting <br />and levy administration services for Conejo Recreation and Park <br />Landscaping Maintenance District Number 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) and <br />Number 94-1 (Dos Vientos Ranch). <br />D. Adopt Revised Board of Directors' Reimbursement Policy <br />Lewanda discussed the proposed revised reimbursement policy for the <br />Board of Directors. <br />
