Approval of Contract for Replacement of Borchard Community Center Roof <br />in Amount of $58,448 <br />It was moved by Jacobson, seconded by Berger, and carried 5-0 to approve <br />the Consent Calendar. <br />7. CONTINUED ITEMS <br />None <br />8. NEW ITEMS <br />A. Lang Ranch Community Park Final Environmental Impact Report <br />Certification and Master Plan Approval <br />1. Certify the Final Environmental Impact Report <br />1A. Certify the Final Environmental Impact Report as prepared by <br />EDAW, Inc. with the addition of the following added mitigation: <br />"To further reduce NOx emissions in an effort to meet the VCAPCD <br />thresholds, the Conejo Recreation a Park district shall reduce the <br />overall project scope so as to limit the number of weekday vehicle <br />trips to the park to an amount below the threshold value. This could <br />be achieved by the elimination of 2 ball -fields and combining the <br />roller -hockey and 2 basket -ball courts into one, multi -use sport court, <br />or by other vehicle trip reducing means." <br />
