CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Lange called the meeting to order at 6:34 p.m. and Alyse Lazar and John <br />Short led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Benton, Hare, and <br />Lewanda, Senior Parks Planner Pluth, Parks Superintendent Kouba, Parks <br />Administrative Assistant Reynders and Executive Assistant Ohren <br />Consultants <br />Matthew Simons, Meyer Mohaddes & Associates <br />Kenneth Wilson, Wilson Geosciences <br />Jim Kurtz, EDAW <br />Marisa Grivas, EDAW <br />Robert Pontelle, Esq., Weston Benshoof <br />Dawshan Padilla, Esq., Weston Benshoof <br />Eric Wilson, EDAW <br />David Volz, David Volz Design <br />Berger announced that, due to personal commitments, he must leave the meeting <br />by 9 p.m. <br />3. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />Barbara Kloster, President of ETI, thanked Conejo Recreation and Park District <br />for the recently installed bleacher covers, and said the Conejo Creek Equestrian <br />Park is a wonderful facility. <br />4.
