D. General Manager's Report Friedl noted the letter from Mary Harris, and said that staff talked with Ms. Harris about her concerns. He said the District was honored by the American Cancer Society Relay for Life organization, and he displayed the certificate. He will attend the California Special Districts Association (CSDA) conference next week. Concluding, he said that the Day of the Horse and the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) kickoff were very successful. He noted the presence of Clint Matkovich in the audience, and said they would meet to discuss concerns. E. Directors' Reports Short said that Conejo Valley Little League representatives had talked to him about various issues and asked staff to contact them.
