DEPARTMENT REPORTS <br />A. Parks Division Report <br />Hare stated that the deadline for responses to the Request for Proposal <br />(RFP) for design and development plans of Lang Ranch Community Park is <br />January 19, and it is anticipated that the project will be awarded in March. <br />An RFP for management construction services for the project has also been <br />prepared. The grand opening for the California Lutheran University (CLU) <br />community pool is scheduled for February 20 and staff will provide a <br />presentation at a CLU neighborhood meeting. Conejo Creek South, <br />Northwood project, has been impacted by inclement weather, and an RFP <br />has been prepared for landscaping for the next fiscal year. <br />Jacobsen requested a budgetary schedule. <br />B. Recreation Division Report <br />Benton highlighted recreation events. Rashomon presented by Gothic <br />Productions, will be presented January 9-25 at Hillcrest Center for the Arts. <br />The Homework Helpers program has resumed at Conejo, Park Oaks, and <br />Glenwood Elementary schools.
