It was moved by Lange, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 3-0 to approve staff recommendations: 1. Re Appropriate $941,465 from fund 62 fund balance to CIP project accounts; $477,718 to CIP account 62-802-811-80402-006 (CCS PHASE 11); $463,747 to CIP account 62-803-811-80703-001 (NOP PHASE 1). 2. Appropriate $311,000 from various sources for additional construction expenses to CIP account 62-802-811-80402-006 (CCS PHASE 11); $244,283 from fund 62 fund balance; $52,544 from fire reimbursement; and $14,173 from accumulated site usage.
