Conference with Legal Counsel on Existing Litigation: <br />Lang Ranch Park Neighborhood Association, Inc. v. Conejo Recreation and Park District, <br />Ventura County Superior Court Case No. 56 -2008 -00324093 -CU -PT -SIM <br />Friedl indicated that Executive (Closed) Session regarding Lang Ranch Park Neighborhood <br />Association, Inc. versus Conejo Recreation and Park District would not be necessary. <br />Friedl announced that an Executive (Closed) Session would be necessary relative to: <br />CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS involving price and terms of <br />payment pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.8 involving 236-0-090- <br />155 APN or Street Address SIE Via Rio & Calle del Prado, commonly known as the Dos <br />Vientos Park Site B (Playfield).
