Appropriate $60,000 from Districtwide Assessment Fund Balance to Districtwide <br />Assessment Account 62-62-662-3800-016. <br />3. Authorize staff to conduct site meetings on-site at Conejo Community Park, Del Prado <br />Playfield, and North Ranch Neighborhood Park to discuss the potential development of off - <br />leash areas at each park. <br />4. Authorize General Manager to enter into Memorandum of Understanding with the Conejo <br />Off -Leash Area Friends (COLA). <br />DISCUSSION <br />On November 20, 2014, the Board directed staff to establish temporary off -leash areas at <br />Kimber, Walnut Grove, and Estella Neighborhood Parks.
