CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />May 5, 2011 <br />7:30 PM <br />HILLCREST CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 7:35 P.M. and led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, Jones, Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Hare, Lewanda and Lindsey, <br />Executive Assistant Reynders. <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br />Regional Art Museum, Frank Schillo, Chief Executive Officer <br />Schillo presented an overview of the formation of the Art Museum and its progress, including <br />ideas for possible partnership with CRPD in the future. Francisco Behr of Behr Browers <br />Architects, Inc. displayed conceptual drawings of the new museum. <br />The Directors expressed their appreciation for Mr. Schillo's presentation and an interest in <br />partnership possibilities in the future. <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />None. <br />S. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Gibson, and carried 5-0, to approve the agenda <br />as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval of Minutes of April 21, 2011 Meeting <br />B. Approval of Warrants, Exhibit A <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $254,121.91 <br />Payroll Total $369,596.34 <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0, to approve the <br />Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
