General Manager's Report <br />Friedl noted the death of Dixie Ward, mother of Tex Ward, General Manager <br />Emeritus. <br />Friedl stated that Executive Administrative Assistant Ohren has announced her <br />retirement effective April 29, 2011. <br />He asked that topics be proposed for the upcoming Board Retreat. <br />E. Directors' Reports <br />Lange thanked everyone who attended the recent Ventura County Special Districts <br />Association (VCSDA) annual dinner. <br />Holt stated that she attended the recent Conejo Coalition for Youth and Families <br />(CCYF) meeting and commended the organization for its positive impact on the <br />community. She said that cooperation is strong among the entities. <br />F.
