Parks Division Report <br />Hare absent. <br />B. Recreation Division Report <br />Coleman referenced the Recreation Highlights. The Winter Break Fun Camps will <br />be held during the upcoming school holiday. This year will mark the 23rd New Year's <br />Eve celebration at the Teen Center. The newest panel of the CRPD Timeline was <br />unveiled. It will be on display at various venues throughout 2013. <br />C. Management Services Division Report <br />Lewanda reported donations have begun arriving for Play Conejo. <br />D. General Manager's Report <br />Friedl passed out information regarding a possible addition or expansion of the <br />Thousand Oaks Library for a special collections area and as a home for the <br />American Radio Archive Museum. <br />The District received a letter from St. Patrick's Episcopal Church requesting a trail be <br />built; said trail would provide direct access from the Church to Old Meadows Park. <br />This item may be brought to the Board on January 10tH. <br />Hillcrest Christian School, with whom the District has had an agreement for use of a <br />small section of Estella Park during the school day, has given CRPD notice that they <br />would like to terminate the agreement. This provides a recreational opportunity for <br />the District as to how this area might be used as a neighborhood park in the future. <br />Given the inter -District "Meet and Greet" scheduled at McCrea Ranch for Thursday, <br />January 24th, the Board meeting scheduled for that evening may be cancelled. A <br />field trip is being considered for Saturday, January 26th with visits to King Gillette <br />Ranch and some areas inside the District included. <br />Friedl announced the Closed Session scheduled for this evening would be <br />
