Conejo Valley Days -- 2013 Annual Agreement and Permit Conditions <br />Conejo Creek South <br />Friedl introduced Mary Catherine McBride, Ron Block, and Kim Ruda. The CVD <br />Agreement is essentially the same as in prior years except for its new non-profit <br />sponsor, "Children Skills for Life" (CSFL.) Ron Block, an original board member of <br />CSFL, presented an overview of the organization. <br />It was moved by Jones, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0, to authorize <br />General Manager to execute agreement with the Children Skills for Life (CSFL) <br />for the Conejo Valley Days (CVD) Agreement for 2013 and accept 2013 CVD <br />Permit Conditions. <br />C. Confirmation of Board Appointments and Assignments <br />Holt presented the draft 2013 Board Appointments and Assignments. <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0 to approve the <br />Board Appointments and Assignments as presented. <br />D. Utility Tractor Purchase <br />Friedl noted this tractor is a replacement for one owned since 1985. Three <br />companies were asked for proposals and two proposals were received. <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Jones, and carried 4-0 to award <br />purchase of Case model 570NXT Tractor to Diamond A Equipment in the <br />amount of $64,242.75. <br />E. Conejo Recreation and Park District 2012 Year -in -Review & Five Year <br />Strategic Plan (2011-2015) Update <br />Friedl reviewed the memo and the past year's accomplishments.
