CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Lange called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. and Jacobsen led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Holt, Jacobsen, Jones, Lange <br />Directors Absent: Gibson <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Hare, Lewanda and Lindsey, <br />Executive Assistant Reynders <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Jones, seconded by Holt, and carried 4-0 to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval of Warrants, Exhibit A <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $620,862.34 <br />Payroll Total $340,300.00 <br />It was moved by Jacobsen, seconded by Jones, and carried 4-0 to approve the <br />consent calendar as presented. <br />7.
