CONEJO RECREATIOM AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEE7ING <br />October 4, 2012 <br />7:30 PM <br />HILLCREST CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Lange called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and Lang led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, Lange <br />(Jones arrived 7:45 pm) - <br />Directors Absent: <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Hare, Lewanda and Lindsey, <br />Executive Assistant Reynders <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />Oakbrook Chumash Interpretive Center (OCIC) <br />Miles Lang, member of the OCIC Board of Directors, thanked Board members and staff for <br />their attendance at the OCIC Open House earlier in the evening and presented an overview <br />of the Center's past year's activities and accomplishments. Board members thanked Lang <br />and Gray Wolf for all the time and effort they have put toward improving the museum. <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />None <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Holt, and carried 4-0 to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval of Minutes September 20, 2012 Board Meeting <br />B. Approval of Warrants, Exhibit A <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $347,563.73 <br />
