Hare <br />introduced the updated Capital Improvement Project List for FY 2012-13 and <br />offered explanations for the adjustments that have been incorporated. Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of Resolution No. 052412-A Resolution <br />Approving Engineer's Report, Confirming Diagram and Assessment and <br />Ordering Levy of Assessment for Fiscal Year 2012-13 (Districtwide <br />Assessment AD 62-1) <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 4-1 (Gibson voting <br />no) to approve Adoption of Resolution 052412-A Approving Engineer's <br />Report, Confirming Diagram and Assessment and Ordering Levy of <br />Assessment for Fiscal Year 2012-13 (Districtwide Assessment AD 62-1) that it <br />be read in title only and all further readings be waived. <br />B.
