Parks Division Report Hare reported work will commence at Oakbrook Service Yard next week. Construction at Dos Vientos Playfield continues to go smoothly. MUSCO light poles should arrive Monday and be erected within one or two weeks after arrival. Hare attended the City of Thousand Oaks Planning Commission meeting last Monday where the T -Mobile cell site at Dos Vientos Playfield was approved. A job walk for the Solar Carport RFP's (for DVC, CCS, BOC & TOC) was recently held; proposals are expected in about a month. A small klosk at the CLU pool is nearing completion. The next Banyan Park Focus Group meeting is scheduled for April 11th B. Recreation Division Report Lindsey reported that many activities are planned for this weekend, but may be cancelled due to possible inclement weather. C. Management Services Division Report Lewanda absent. Friedl reported that employees voted in favor of creating Conejo Recreation & Park District as an agency shop. CalPers Board adjusted investment assumptions which are expected to cost 1 or 2% of payroll beginning in July of 2013. D. General Manager's Report Friedl announced there would be no need for a closed session this evening. Two Board members are unable to attend the March 29th meeting; therefore, limited business will be conducted at that meeting.
