CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />March 15, 2012 <br />7:30 PM <br />HILLCREST CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Lange called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and Jacobsen led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, Jones, Lange <br />Directors Absent: <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Hare and Lindsey, <br />Executive Assistant Reynders <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />Mario Contini & John Dokken, representing various Rotary Clubs in the Conejo Valley, <br />reported to the Board on two upcoming community service projects to be held on Saturday, <br />March 24t" from 7:45 am to noon: one for Conejo Valley Unified School District (building tree <br />wells) and one for Conejo Recreation & Park District (refinishing up to 87 picnic tables.) <br />Volunteers will include Rotary Club members, Boy Scouts and local high school students. <br />S. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 5-0 to approve the agenda <br />as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval of Minutes of March 1, 2012 Meeting <br />B. Approval of Warrants, Exhibit A <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $516,144.92 <br />Payroll Total $340,904.00 <br />It was moved by Jacobsen, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to approve the <br />Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
