March 1, 2012 <br />Page 4 <br />Lange shared information from the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy meeting. There <br />has not been a representative from the Angeles National Forest for some years. After the <br />major fire they had, there was reorganization; they now have a representative who is <br />eager to get the Angeles National Forest involved in the Conservancy. The City of <br />Calabasas has published an informative pamphlet on Coyotes in the City: A Guide to <br />Living with Urban Coyotes. <br />F. Follow -Up Reports on Meetings/Conferences Attended <br />Director Holt appreciated coverage of the Conejo Canyons Bridge Opening Ceremony on <br />TOW <br />Lange shared some suggestions given at the recent Thousand Oaks Youth Commission <br />Leadership Conference. Director Holt stated that the suggestions/comments she received <br />were very timely --- she will share them at the upcoming Conejo Coalition for Youth & <br />Families meeting. <br />Lange discussed the presentation that he and Friedl made to the Scandinavian Center. <br />They received very good feedback. Lange thanked Lindsey and her staff for the <br />PowerPoint presentation. <br />Jones requested a Board group photo. Friedl said he would make the arrangements. <br />12.
