January 19, 2012 <br />Page 5 <br />F. Follow -Up Reports on Meet!ngs/Conferences Attended <br />Holt attended the Conejo Valley Historical Society's Executive Board meeting. The <br />Board is planning some high level fundraising with hopes of funding to expand their <br />parking lot. There has been some filming done lately at the Stagecoach Inn. <br />Lange reported on his attendance, along with Jacobsen and various staff members, <br />at the recent "How to be an Effective Board Member" training in Menifee. <br />12. REQUEST FOR STATUS REPORTS AND ITEMS FOR SUBSEQUENT AGENDAS <br />13. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />None. <br />14. EXECUTIVE (CLOSED) SESSION <br />The Conejo Recreation and Park District may hold a closed session pursuant to <br />Government Code Section 54956.9. Conference with Legal Counsel on Existing <br />Litigation: Lang Ranch Park Neighborhood Association, Inc. v. Conejo Recreation and <br />Park District, Ventura County Superior Court Case No. 56 -2008 -00324093 -CU -PT -SIM: <br />Government Code Section 54957.6 <br />Pursuant To Instructions To District Representatives General Manager Friedl, Relative <br />To Labor Negotiations With Service Employees International Union (SEIU) <br />(Represented Employees) <br />15.
