Approval of Warrants, Exhibit A <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $340,924.91 <br />Payroll $475,300.00 <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Jones, and carried 5-0 to approve the <br />Consent Calendar as modified, with minor wording changes made to item <br />9C of the Minutes of the November 7, 2013 Regular Board Meeting, which <br />will read, "It was moved by Lange, seconded by !-Huffer, and carried 4-0 to <br />consider and approve the Board of Directors "Norms', "Guidelines'; and <br />"Processes", with no changes." <br />7. First Amendment to Land Exchange Agreement between the Conejo <br />Recreation and Park District and The New Home Company Relating to <br />CRPD Property west of Warwick Avenue at Mayflower Street (City of <br />Thousand Oaks Tract 5325 (Mod TTMJ 2012-70230)) <br />Friedl introduced Mark Sellers, the District's attorney, and Rick Bianchi from <br />The New Home Company. The New Home Company (TNHC) worked with <br />the City Council to modify the grading and layout of the approved tract map, <br />which the City Council considered and approved. The amended agreement <br />provides an additional 30,000 cubic yards of soil onto CRPD property, for an <br />approximate total of 50,000 cubic yards of soil. As part of the first <br />agreement, CRPD receives 8.2 acres of new parkland that would be <br />dedicated to the District. The additional parkland would allow for a trail to be <br />constructed from the playground area of Conejo Community Park to <br />
