Once this Resolution is adopted, the process can continue; the next step will be creation of construction documents. An error was noted on page 20; Hare said this has been corrected and reflected in the official document. It was moved by Lange, seconded by Jones, and carried 5-0 to Adopt Resolution No. 039413-A which adopts the Final Negative Declaration (ND) for Banyan Park Expansion Project pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the State CEQA Guidelines, that it be read in title only and all further readings be waived. 10. A non -mandatory job walk for the Lang Ranch Community Park Environmental Analysis and Construction Drawing Services is scheduled for Monday, March 18th at 1:00 pm. Administrative hearings regarding the solar carports at Thousand Oaks Community and Dos Vientos Community Parks will be held on April 11th.
