CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />December 3, 2015 <br />7:30 PM <br />HILLCREST CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Jones called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm and Friedl the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Gibson, Halt, Huffer, Jones, Lange <br />Directors Absent: <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Hare, Lewanda and Lindsey, and <br />Executive Assistant Reynders <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />Full -Time Employee Service Awards <br />Kurt Gunning —10 Years <br />Billy Sosa —10 Years <br />Richard Bessey — 30 Years <br />Ruben Rojo — 35 Years <br />Lindsey and Hare introduced the recipients, presented overviews of their professional and <br />academic accomplishments, and thanked them for their outstanding contributions to the District. <br />Recipients thanked the Board, co-workers, and families for their support, and expressed <br />appreciation for the award. <br />Directors congratulated and thanked recipients for their contributions and efforts on the District's <br />behalf. <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A.
