Hamm <br />said she is going to try to have the work done in January. <br />Motion passed nine to zero, with one abstention. <br />C. Softball Barbecue Discussion <br />Item was tabled to a future meeting. <br />D. Adoption of GACC Code of Conduct <br />Seerden explained that CRPD staff has developed a written Code of <br />Conduct for the Goebel Adult Community Center. He said staff is asking for <br />the support of the Commission by endorsing the code. <br />It was moved by Norkin, seconded by Cleary, for the Commission to <br />adopt and support the GACC Code of Conduct. <br />Coleman gave background information and responded to questions. <br />Discussion ensued. <br />Seerden noted there are no legalities attached to supporting the document <br />and he called the question. <br />Motion passed eight to two. <br />6. Officer and Committee Reports and Recommendations <br />A. President <br />Seerden had no report. He did request/remind committee members to <br />communicate with the committee chair if they will not attend a scheduled <br />meeting. <br />B. Vice President <br />No report. <br />
