APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 23, 2015 <br />Seerden asked for a motion to approve the minutes of the September <br />meeting. <br />It was moved by Norkin, seconded by Basilio, and passed <br />unanimously, to approve the minutes of the September meeting as <br />presented. <br />5. OLD AND NEW BUSINESS <br />A. GSCC Cashiers Approval <br />Seerden referenced the documentation submitted by the Bingo Committee <br />recommending that Barbara Henderson and Nancy Angelo be instated as <br />authorized GSCC cashiers. <br />It was moved by Cleary, seconded by Bengtson, to approve <br />Barbara Henderson and Nancy Angelo as authorized GSCC cashiers. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />B. Main Hall Stage Stairs Approval <br />Hamm reported that five bids to build and install stairs for the GACC Main <br />Hall stage have been obtained and she distributed documentation containing <br />the bid information. She explained that four of the five companies are city - <br />approved, and that the bids ranged from $9,570 to $24,380. <br />It was moved by Norkin, seconded by Cleary, to award the building <br />and installation of Main Hall Stage Stairs contract in the amount of <br />$9,750 to Ardalan Construction Company. <br />Discussion ensued. <br />
