Annual Business Meeting: <br />The annual business meeting of the members shall be held at the Annual CSDA <br />Conference at such time and place as determined by the Board of Directors. Special Meetings: <br />Special meetings of the members may be called at any time by the President, by a <br />majority of the Board of Directors, or-rater+ty- at least a quorum of the members <br />(25_mernbers). No business other than the business that was set forth in the notice of the <br />special meeting may be transacted at a special meeting. <br />C. Notice of Meetings: <br />Whenever members are permitted to take any action at anv annual or special meetin <br />written notice of the meeting distributed by mail or electronically shall be given to each <br />member entitled to vote at that meeting. The notice shall sRecify the place, date and <br />hour of the meeting, and the means of electronic transmission or electronic video screen <br />communication to be utilized by and between CSDA and its members if any -by -which <br />members may artici ate in the meeting. For the Annual Membership Meeting the <br />notice shall state the matters that the Board intends to present for action by the <br />members.
