Section 7. _Termination of Membership: <br />Any member delinquent in the payment of dues for a period of three months after said dues are <br />due and payable, shall be notified in writing of such arrearage, and shall be given written notice <br />of possible termination. If such delinquent dues remain unpaid for 45 days after said notice, the <br />delinquent member shall automatically cease to be a member of CSDA. CSDA's . <br />Executive Officer may approve seciai payment arrangements if deemed necessary. <br />A delinquent member may be restored to membership by making written application to the <br />Board of Directors of the CSDA.
