Treasurer <br />General Report: Basilio referenced and reviewed the Treasurer's <br />Report and reported $332,705.46 in current assets in certificate of <br />deposits and money market accounts as well as $37,972.53 in the <br />GSCC and $1,943.90 in the Bingo checking accounts. She noted that <br />$30,000 has been recently transferred from the Bingo account into the <br />GSCC account. <br />E. Executive Committee <br />No report <br />F. Budget and Finance Committee <br />General Report -Operating Budget 2015/2016 — December 2015 <br />Smith reported the committee reviewed reports both the October and <br />December Operating Budgets respectively at their December and <br />January meetings. He said an anticipated short -coming in revenue <br />has not come to pass and negates the need to transfer funds from <br />reserves to support current budget. <br />2. Financial Reports -November and December 2015 <br />Cleary reported that the committee did not meet last month, She <br />referenced the November and December Bingo figures: She noted that <br />the committee realized that income from December Bingo would not <br />measure up to previous months. She said this was due to three fewer <br />days of Bingo and no Night Time Bingo in December. She reported <br />November's net revenue of $12,515.60 compared December's net <br />revenue of $9,738.50. <br />Cleary also reported that the committee will no longer sell food and <br />refreshments at the Friday Night Bingo.
