Treasurer <br />General Report: <br />Basilio referenced and reviewed the Treasurer's Report and reported <br />$332,682.77 in current assets in certificate of deposits and money market <br />accounts as well as $42,188.42 in the GSCC and $16,153.30 in the Bingo <br />checking accounts. <br />E. Executive Committee <br />No report <br />F. Budget and Finance Committee <br />1. General Report -Operating Budget 2015/2016 — October <br />Smith reported that the committee will meet later in the month of December <br />and that they will begin work on the Commission Operating Budget. <br />G. Bingo Committee <br />1. Financial Report -October 2015 <br />Cleary referenced the October Bingo figures: 1,831 patrons with an <br />average of 131 per meeting; the total gross register receipts were <br />$29,998, with additional register receipts of $4,027 from Friday Night <br />Bingo; pull -tab receipts of $16,585, with an additional $1,970.50 from <br />Friday Night Bingo. She reported total gross revenue of $52,580.50 with <br />net revenue of $15,229.60 which includes food sales. <br />H. Programs Committee <br />1. Committee Meeting -November 3, 2015 <br />Bengtson reported the Music Comes Alive, River Boat Dixie Jazz Band <br />performance on November 8, was well-received with over 140 attendees. <br />Additionally, she gave an update on up -coming programs. <br />I. Publicity Committee <br />Colilles-Fuente outlined details the Acorn Newspaper shared with her <br />regarding the paper's coverage of center events. <br />
