November 20, 2014 <br />Page 4 <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Huffer, and carried 4-0 to authorize <br />General Manager to sign an agreement (consistent with the attached <br />proposal) with Konica Minolta for the lease, service and management of the <br />printer fleet. <br />10. DEPARTMENT REPORTS <br />A. Parks Division Report <br />No report. <br />B. Recreation Division Report <br />Lindsey announced the Reign of Terror Haunted House (ROT) will donate $30,000 <br />to the District this year. Half of the proceeds will go to the Conejo Theater for <br />Everyone and the other half to the Teen Center; the check presentation ceremony <br />is scheduled for Tuesday, December 5th. This brings the total amount donated by <br />ROT to $88,000. The Mud Run had the largest number of participants to date — <br />just under 1200. The Teen Center received a $5,000 donation for their assistance <br />with the organization and marketing of the program. The Silver Starlight Ball will be <br />on Saturday, . December 6, 2014. Referencing the "Lightning Round <br />Accomplishments" provided each Board member this evening, Lindsey explained <br />these include a list of what employees in the Recreation Division shared as their <br />proudest accomplishments over the last year. <br />C. Management Services Division Report <br />No report. <br />D. General Manager's Report <br />Friedl noted there will be a need for a closed session this evening with no <br />announcement expected.
