Consideration of Resolution No. 042116-A Directing Preparation of the Engineer's Report, Declaring Intention to Levy Assessments for 2016-2017, Preliminarily Approving Engineer's Report for Districtwide Park Maintenance and Recreation Improvement District (62-1) and Providing for a Notice of Public Hearing Hare reported this assessment rate is proposed to adjust from $34.67 to $35.37 per benefit unit for FY 2016-17. He will report back to the Board on May 5th to consider the ordering of the improvements and the levy of the proposed assessments. It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Holt, and carried 4-0 to adopt Resolution No. 042116-A directing preparation of the Engineer's Report, declaring the District's intention to levy assessments for 2016-17, preliminarily approving the Engineer's Report for Districtwide Park Maintenance and Recreation Improvement District (62-1) and providing for a notice of public hearing, that it be read in title only and all further readings be waived. B. Consideration of Resolutions for Landscaping Maintenance Districts (LMDs) 92-1 and 94-1 Hare reported the assessment rate for LIVID 92-1 is proposed to adjust from $78.12 to $86.53 and for LIVID 94-1 from $299.89 to $302.08 per benefit unit for FY 2016- 17. It was moved by Lange, seconded by Gibson, and carried 4-0 to adopt Resolution No. 042116-B preliminarily approving the assessment engineer's report for FY 2016-2017, declaring its intention to provide for an annual levy and collection of assessments and setting a time and place for public hearing thereon for Landscape Maintenance District 92-1 (Rancho Conejo Playfield), that it be read in title only and all further readings be waived.
