1. <br />PIP <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />April 21, 2016 <br />7:30 PM <br />HILLCREST CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Huffer called the meeting to order at 7:31 pm and Lange led the flag salute. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Gibson, Holt, Huffer, Lange <br />Directors Absent: Jones (arrived 7:55 pm) <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Callis, Hare and Lewanda, <br />and Executive Assistant Reynders <br />SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />Cathy Carlson, Thousand Oaks, spoke against alcohol being allowed in the parks, <br />especially with regard to the Neighborhood for Learning's upcoming family day at <br />Thousand Oaks Community Park this Saturday. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0 to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval of Minutes of April 7, 2016 Regular Board Meeting <br />B. Approval of Minutes of April 9, 2016 Special Board Meeting <br />B. Approval of Warrants <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $625,976.12 <br />Payroll $363.500.00 <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 4-0 to approve the <br />Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
