Conejo Recreation and Park District 2015 Year -in -Review and Five Year Overview of <br />the Recreation Division <br />Friedl gave a PowerPoint presentation highlighting the work, accomplishments and <br />significant events of this past year. He referenced the "Final Report: Five -Year Overview <br />Recreation Division" and acknowledged Lindsey's contributions to same. <br />10. REPORTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />A. Park Dedication "Quimby" Fee Letters <br />B. Goebel Senior Center Commission Meeting Minutes — October 2015 <br />C. Workplace Safety (Oral Report) <br />11. DEPARTMENT REPORTS <br />A. Parks Division Report <br />Hare reported the decomposed granite installation at the Dog Park has been completed; <br />the Dog Park re -opened on Tuesday. Work on making the Off Leash Areas permanent at <br />Kimber, Walnut Grove and Estella Park will commence in January. Hare, along with Scott <br />Engel, met with representatives from Conejo Valley Days; further meetings will be held to <br />continue working on an acceptable plan for the event. It is hoped that an agreement can <br />be brought to the Board in the next few months. <br />B. Recreation Division Report <br />Lindsey referenced Rec Highlights. She thanked the Board for all their support during her <br />tenure with the District. <br />C. Management Services Division Report <br />No report. <br />D. General Manager's Report <br />Friedl thanked the Board for a great year. He also thanked Lindsey for her unparalleled <br />service and leadership. Board members agreed to Friedl's suggestion that the January 7th <br />Board meeting be cancelled. <br />E. Directors' Reports <br />
