Amendment #2 to Contract with RRM Design Group in the amount of $189,900 for Phase 4 <br />of Environmental Design Services for Sapwi Trails Community Park <br />Hare gave a brief history of the development of Sapwi Trails Community Park and explained that to <br />move forward, Phase 4 needs to be completed. Discussion ensued; it was agreed to amend the <br />amount being approved this evening be increased from $189,900 to $200,000 to allow for <br />contingency fees. <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Huffer and carried 5-0 to authorize General Manager <br />to enter into Amendment #2 to contract with RRM Design Group in the amended amount of <br />$200,000 for Phase 4 of Environmental and Design Services for Sapwi Trails Community <br />Park. <br />10. Parks Division Report <br />Hare referenced the most current water report he included in the Board member's folders this <br />evening. The Dog Park will be closed from November 30 — December 14th so that decomposed <br />granite can be applied to the area. The photo contest results will be forthcoming soon. Hare is <br />projecting a soft opening of "Conejo Creek Grill" (the cafe at the Goebel Adult Community Center) <br />for December 7th <br />B.
