Public Hearing Preliminary Budget Fiscal Year 2015-201612016-2017 <br />Jones opened the hearing. Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of Resolution of 062115-A Resolution <br />Approving Engineer's Report, Confirming Diagram and Assessment and <br />Ordering Levy of Assessment for Fiscal Year 2015-16 (Districtwide Assessment <br />62-1) <br />Hare reported this resolution will approve and levy the Districtwide assessment. A few <br />changes were made to the engineer's report; affected changes are attached to the <br />Board report and the entire report is available online. Gibson requested that, in the <br />next CRPD program guide, staff includes information regarding how the District is <br />addressing the drought, with an eye to educating the public. <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Huffer, and carried " to adopt <br />Resolution 052115-A Approving Engineer's Report, Confirming Diagram and <br />Assessment and Ordering Levy of Assessment for Fiscal Year 2015-16 <br />(Districtwide Assessment 62-1) that it be read in title only and all further readings <br />be waived. <br />B. Adopt Resolution 052115-B Setting the Appropriation Amount Subject to <br />Limitation, FY 2015-2016 (Gann Limit) <br />Lewanda presented the resolution, which is necessary, annually, to comply with state <br />law. <br />Gibson questioned whether any agencies meet the limit proscribed by this Resolution <br />
