She <br />referenced delineated documentation of recommended budget adjustments. <br />Discussion ensued. <br />It was moved by Gibson seconded by Huffer, and carried 5-0 approve the FY <br />2014-15 Budget Adjustments as presented. <br />D. Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of Resolution No. 050715-A Ordering the <br />Levy of the Annual Assessment for Landscape Maintenance District 92-1 <br />(Rancho Conejo) <br />Friedl explained the draft of the Assessment Engineer's Report was presented to the <br />Board at their April 16 meeting, at which time the Board instructed staff to modify the <br />report to reflect and emphasize the water -saving and drought -response efforts. <br />Gibson spoke in support of the resolution. <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to adopt <br />Resolution No. 050715-A ordering the levy of assessments for LIVID 92-1 <br />(Rancho Conejo) that it be read in title only and all further readings be waived. <br />E.
