Land Lease Agreement <br />Hare reported since 1987 the District has had a land lease agreement with John <br />Nicholson. The original agreement was for 6.9 acres; it was recently discovered that <br />the parcel is actually 3.27 acres. All terms and conditions of the agreement will remain <br />the same except for the change in acreage amount. <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0 to authorize the <br />General Manager to enter into a land lease north of Wildwood Park. <br />10. Recreation Division Report <br />Lindsey reported the Spring Recreation Guide was mailed to residents yesterday. The <br />Spring Arts & Crafts Fair at Borchard Community Center is this weekend. From now <br />on, McCrea Ranch activities will be highlighted on the Rec. Highlights handout <br />distributed to Board members shortly before Registration begins for these events. <br />C.
