Conejo Valley Days — 2015 Annual Agreement and Permit Conditions Conejo <br />Creek Park South <br />Hare reported the agreement is essentially the same as last year. Mary Catherine <br />McBride, CUD Chair, reviewed an outline of the event, the activities to be offered and <br />the groups providing service. Frank Akrey and Ron Block provided further details. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 4-0 to authorize the <br />General Manager to execute an agreement with PETS CENTRAL EDUCATION <br />AND WELFARE FOUNDATION (PCEWF) for Conejo Valley Days (CVD) for 2015 <br />and accept 2015 CVD Permit Conditions. <br />B. Brush Clearance Easement for 3578 Via la Primavera at Wildwood Park <br />Hare explained this easement allows the homeowner to enter District property to <br />perform legally required brush clearance made necessary by their building addition. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Huffer, and carried 4-0 to authorize General <br />Manager to enter into a brush clearance easement for 3578 Via la Primavera at <br />Wildwood Park. <br />10. DEPARTMENT REPORTS <br />A. Parks Division Report <br />Hare reported on this past Tuesday evening's last meeting of the Oak Tree Ordinance <br />Review Committee; a recommendation was made to the City's Planning Commission <br />and to the City Council. Hare believes it is a fair and reasonable approach to the issue. <br />Wildwood Park is approximately 95% back to pre -water line break conditions. The City <br />of Thousand Oaks is replacing a water line at Willowbend in Conejo Creek North Park. <br />
